Open JSC was established in 1975 in Zhodino, Republic of Belarus, 50 km away from Minsk, capital of our republic. “Svitanak” produces knitted garments of cotton and blends of cotton and polyester, elastan, viscose, linen for grown ups and children. “Svitanak” is a leader of knitted production in Belarus. The area of the company is 10700 hectares. Factory has knitting, dyeing, cutting and sewing sections where approximately 3000 people works. Assortment of the garments is renewed constantly: new styles and types of fabric are created, new prints, embroideries and recipes for fabric dyeing are made by the specialists of the company. Every month about 500 styles are got into production. “Svitanak” collaborates with different companies and sends its garments to our Republic (appr.55%), to Russia (appr. 40%) and the rest to Italy, Germany, Finland, Baltic countries. In Belarus “Svitanak” has its own trade chain: 18 shops are situated in all big cities of our Republic. In Russia Open JSC supplies garments through trade houses and big dealers. To Baltic and other countries we sell our garments and also work with customer’s own designs starting from sketches, preparing prototypes, counter samples, size sets.
